To create balance life you must know your priorities! But first you need to establish what balance life actually means to you.
To me balanced life stands for “prioritizing what matters”. The key is meaning, and knowing my personal core values!
But how to know what matters to you? How to know if you follow your own most meaningful priorities? How to know what your personal core values are?
Knowing your priorities will not only help you achieve balance in your life, but also help you with gaining self-confidence and self-worth. It’s so important to clearly state what is a priority in your life, and what has a secondary meaning to you. If you want to create a life that you really desire, you need to know and follow your personal core values.
If you don’t, you will not know what really will make your life worth living… You will not be aware of which decisions will help you become the best version of yourself, build your self-worth and encourage your soulful growth, and which will derail you from your path.
Knowing your priorities will help you understand yourself, and keep conscious awareness between your thoughts and the actions that you take in your everyday life. It will help you take the right decisions, and live in balance with your soulful purpose in mind.
When we do not follow our personal core values, we always pay a price. Even when we act with our best intentions we can feel that we are not respecting our own priorities.
It’s so important that we ask ourselves questions regarding what truly matters most to us at this moment. And second, that we follow our personal core values, and take decisions from that state of awareness.
To do that I invite you to get your FREE eBook below and to do the exercise. This eBook is is a great base from which you can start. While following the steps, make sure to be truly honest with yourself. As this exercise will only work if you will be clear and daring with yourself. It’s important that you do it during time when you have a moment for yourself, and when you will not be disturbed. Do not discuss how to answer those questions with your partner, family members or a trusted friend. This moment is about you and only you can answer those questions.
Do not ask anyone for help, there is no need to consult your answers. You have to do it for yourself and for your future. Answer those questions as honestly as you possibly can. And remember nothing is final… if you change, change. And come back to this eBook as often as you need to. You can refine your priorities with time… as you will change, so might your priorities. The important thing is that you know what your priorities are.
Create your personal Integrity Reports
Just recently I heard about the Integrity Reports for the first time, and I loved the idea straight away. I think that if you are going through the effort of establishing your personal core values, witch might slightly change with time, why not make yourself accountable for it and make sure that you are staying in line with your own dream goals.
So here is what I propose… 2 times per year, based on your personal core values, create Integrity Reports. Every 6 months make it your priority ritual. Plan for it ahead of time. Mark those dates in your calendar now and follow the plan.
Those rituals will help you keep you on track with your priorities. It will help you check yourself, it will help you see if you are truly living in accordance with your personal core values in your everyday life. It will become your guide map showing you how you are doing and if there is anything you should adjust or pay attention to. It’s brilliant!
To change your life you need to make yourself a priority in your own life, and take action that will help you become the person you choose to be.
Dear one, my congratulations! You have a reason to celebrate. Today you took a really important step in creating the life you dream of, and helping yourself create more fulfilled life and become all in all a more confident person.
When you know your personal core values you invite joy, love and clarity into your life. You will notice that you will struggle less with daily decisions. And as you will know why you do what you do your self-confidence will grow.
As long as you will respect and follow your personal core values, and make following them your priority, life from now on will be simpler.
Knowing what matters most in your life, will give you power to choose the life you deserve and want!
