All challenges in life are just “moments”… That’s all they are… Just moments in time… and you have the power to choose what your moments become…
Every now and then, we all face unexpected difficulties… challenging situation at work, or in our personal lives…
You can’t always choose your challenges. But you can choose how you react to the situation you are facing… Be courageous… You have the power to choose your thoughts… It’s up to you, weather you will choose to look into the darkness… And follow the thoughts, often guided by fear, ego, pain or anger… that confirms over and over… that “you were wronged… and war and hurt is the only way to respond… “ Or you can choose to see the situation with love and kindness. See it for what it is … a lesson. Often those moments are full of misunderstandings, and lack of clear communication…
Just imagine… What could you do with any of the misunderstandings from your past, if your goal back then would be to find the kindest solution, and healing? Every moment is an opportunity to learn sometimes new, an opportunity to find a solution that will enhance your soulful growth, not block it…
And all it really takes is redirecting your thoughts… and choosing the outcome… Knowing where you want to go next, from that point forward…
Whatever the situation, there is always a positive side to every moment… There are always gifts and lessons shared… All you need to do, is to be open to receive them…
Learn from your mistakes… forgive yourself your shortcomings… Own your actions, own your successes as much as your mistakes… Then release it all…
Do not blame others for the consequences of your actions… do not carry blame that other try to put on you, for their mistakes…
All moments in life hold power within them. They hold the promise, the opportunity for transformation and change… Every moment, however unlikely at times, is full of hidden miracles… And by choosing your thoughts, you choose your life… In this moment, choose to BE incredible, inspire kindness and love… Shine and share your light…
