The new season has arrived, and Brussels is clearly in autumn mood now, and I love it. It’s so beautiful in here even if it rains and the chill is present as well… Me, I love wearing layers.
I like using this moment in the year to ask myself some tough questions, to make sure that I’m on track with what I really want in my life. I ask questions that help me see if the actions and choices I make bring me closer towards my most important goals. My goal is to make sure that the way I choose to spend my time matters and brings a positive shift all around me. That I can help and inspire the biggest number of people possible to start working towards their dreams. To help people, women in particular, to value and apreciate who they are and to spread their wings. I want to make sure that I’m not just doing things that might or might not help me reach the future I want as well.
How often do you ask yourself questions about how to reach your ambitious goals?
Do you want to join in? Do you want to make sure that what you are doing is helping you create the life you dream of?

How often do you make a list of goals that you never take any action on? Or maybe you even start, full of promise, but then before you could actually see any results, you quit?
To reach the finish line, and reach your goals, first you have to know where you want to get to. You need to know what motivates you to take action, and what really matters to you in life the most. You need to know what are your personal core values.
As life continues, time passes, all we experience in everyday life, what we read, watch, the people we meet and conversations we share influence who we are and who we are becoming… We change, and so might our values and our goals. That’s why taking time to ask ourselves those questions at least twice a year, if not every few months, is so important.
To get clarity on how to achieve your goals and if you are on the right track, I want to invite you to stop for a moment and ask yourself few questions. Those questions will give you clarity in what really matters to you, and will help you make sure that your goals are actually important to you. That the the actions you take, will help you to get where you need to be.
Ready? Take pen and paper, to write your replies.
Be honest with yourself. This moment is for you, so use it…
In general, life can be divided into few most important elements:
🎯Your relationship with your partner
🎯Your surroundings, your home, place, location you live in
🎯Your finances
🎯Your family and friends, the most important people you surround yourself with
🎯Your health, your physical condition, your diet
🎯Your career
🎯Your personal life
🎯Your free time, your hobbies and passions
🎯Your personal growth
🎯Your spiritual life
Mark each of the elements with points from 0 to 10, regarding how happy you are about each part of life. If you are really happy mark it as 10 and if you are not happy mark it as 0.
Did you do it? Great! Now you are ready for the next step.
Ask yourself the same questions, but this time next to your current numbers write down where you want your numbers to be. What would make you really happy. If you have another pen with a different color, use it. Go for it!
Got it? Great!
Now you are ready for the next step. Make sure to write your answers down. Don’t just read this message without doing the work, don’t just answer in your head… This is important, writing down your answers makes the whole difference. It shows that you are committed and that you are ready to take real action.
Ready? Write it all down. It doesn’t need to be perfect. It just need to be honest.
