This insightful, and so inspiring quote is the inspiration for our goal of this week… We want to remind you how truly incredible you are. And maybe one day I’ll get to capture the beautiful light of your soul in portraits that will become your legacy.
To help you out and to make it as easy as possible for you to take the first action still today, and change your life for ever… Yes, I actually mean that! Those super easy 4 Tips are life changing… I just hope that you are brave enough to take those steps with us…Or that you at least will try them for long enough to give yourself a chance. A chance to be able to rediscover yourself, and fall in love with the woman you are today.
Ask yourself this question: Do you love your body, yes.. as it is? Do you love being you? How do you feel when you look into the mirror in the morning? Do you smile or are you trying not to look too much?
If your answer is “Yes!” In that case my CONGRATULATIONS! You are clearly doing something right! KEEP ON GOING and be INCREDIBLE, BEAUTIFUL YOU! But even if you already doing great, stay with me… There might be some tips that you haven’t just yet thought about. And we are here to deliver.

4 Tips to practice self love and self acceptance
Tip 1
Start a gratitude journal today.
Make it the first thing you will see, when you wake up in the morning. Before you do anything else, start your day with 3 grateful loving thoughts. Write what you are grateful for; what do you love about yourself; what kind of woman do you want to be today… Be loving, kind and caring in your thoughts… and write them down. .

Make yourself your priority #1!
Tip 3
Stop comparing yourself to other people. Compare yourself to YOURSELF! Don’t be beautiful like anyone else, be BEAUTIFUL like YOU!

Practice kindness towards yourself!
Make it a daily ritual. Every time you catch yourself at thinking or saying something negative about the way you look, move, eat,speak… Any time you direct negative thoughts towards yourself… STOP… Breath… and think of at least 3 KIND thoughts about yourself. Acknowledge yourself for the incredible, loving, courageous, kind moments your experienced that day… Acknowledge yourself for really showing up, in the moments you did… Be GRATEFUL for the moments of GRACE within YOU.
And when you feel truly present in gratitude… release it, and continue your incredible day with open, loving, compassionate heart, lightness of being, joyful, energetic body and a curious open mind.
Dearest light I invite you to take this journey of self-love and rediscovery. Remember, you don’t have to go trough it alone. I’m here for you!
