To help you out on this exciting self-rediscovery adventure I’ll share with you few guidelines I follow myself to create my Personal Integrity Reports (PIR).
The guidelines will explain the steps I’m taking to set a higher standard for my life, lead with clarity and honesty, and build a business that serves others first.
My hope is that every 6 months my Personal Integrity Report (PIR) will force me to think about how I’m living out my personal core values in everyday life. As my goal is to live a purpose driven life, where I share all I know, lessons I’ve learned and help others achieve their goals.
There are few questions that I will share with you and would like to invite you to answer in your Personal Integrity Report.
{ Before you start this exercise it’s important that you list out your choose 3 – 5 personal core values (PCV) to focus on for your personal integrity report. Once you’ve selected your most important values, take the 3 Steps listed below to inspire positive action in your everyday life.}
Step 1
Before you start answering the 4 main questions:
- What are the core values that drive my personal and professional life?
- Am I living following my Personal Core Values in my everyday life? If not what can I do to change that, starting today?
- How can I improve and set a higher standard for myself in the future?
- What values would I like to invite into my life?
…here are some of the questions I like to ask myself to ground myself within this exercise, and really make it count every time. It’s a quick exercise. Answer YES, MAYBE or NO. This exercise should take you maximum 2-3 minutes.
Those questions can help you see if you are following your Personal Core Values (PCV) in your everyday life without getting distracted by to many details. You can use those questions as they are, or use them as an inspiration to create your own list to fit your personal needs.
As your values might change with time, adjust the questions accordingly.

Summarise your personal integrity report
So now that you’ve identified your personal core values, as well as what’s been working and what can be improved, it’s time to summarise your key “takeaways” so you can reflect upon them in 6 months. Or refer to them everytime you need a reminder.
Dear one, be specific.Only if you are going to be honest with yourself and clear with your purpose you will achieve the results you are striving for. Your Personal Integrity Reports is here to help you hold yourself to a higher standard and build a personal and professional life that you can be proud of.
Life is not about being perfect, but it’s about striving to be the best version of yourself you can be. It’s about taking steps everyday to own your mistakes, improve your shortcomings and becoming a person that you would love to be a best friend with.
“OUR DEEPEST FEAR IS NOT THAT WE ARE INADEQUATE. OUR DEEPEST FEAR IS THAT WE ARE POWERFUL BEYOND MEASURE. IT IS OUR LIGHT, NOT OUR DARKNESS, THAT MOST FRIGHTENS US. YOUR PLAYING SMALL DOES NOT SERVE THE WORLD. THERE IS NOTHING ENLIGHTENED ABOUT SHRINKING SO THAT OTHER PEOPLE WON’T FEEL INSECURE AROUND YOU. WE ARE ALL MEANT TO SHINE AS CHILDREN DO. IT’S NOT JUST IN SOME OF US; IT IS IN EVERYONE. AND AS WE LET OUR OWN LIGHTS SHINE, WE UNCONSCIOUSLY GIVE OTHER PEOPLE PERMISSION TO DO THE SAME. AS WE ARE LIBERATED FROM OUR OWN FEAR, OUR PRESENCE AUTOMATICALLY LIBERATES OTHERS.” MARIANNE WILLIAMSON
As always, thank you for being part of this incredible soulful community. I’ll do my best to continue to share, inspire and motivate you to take action.
With love,
Marta
