This post is inspired by mothers and daughters… and even if you might not be a mom, you are definitely a daughter, and I hope that you are going to stay with me.

Over the years I’ve met so many incredible and inspiring mom’s with their growing up daughters… And yes, I’ve also met mom’s who despite their best efforts struggled with connecting to their children.

Chantal and Sofie
Chantal came with her daughter Sofie, for their first professional Mother and Daughter Photo Session Experience together. And they both were simply radiant! They enchanted my studio, and me with it! Beautiful, beautiful women… so loving, and carrying, they filled my studio with abundance of love, joy and laughter… They were such a joy, such a love and blessing to photograph!

Mariella and Pauline
Mariella never had a professional photo shoot of herself before. Usually she is the one taking pictures. She loves photography! For her 50th birthday, her family and friends decided that it was time. Time to celebrate who she was as a woman, wife, mother and a dearest friend. They wanted to capture her beauty in portraits that would celebrate her for ever. When I met Mariella, she stole my heart… She was such a loving, kind, positive, full of sparkling energy, overall an amazing woman. I enjoyed every moment of getting to know her and her incredible daughter. As this beauty shared her dream photo session experience with her beautiful darling girl… They had an amazing Mother ad Daughter Photo Session Experience together.

Laetitia and Alyssa
Few years ago, I had the absolute pleasure of photographing Laetitia and Alyssa. Not only they were beautiful, but they were so lovely… caring and truly wonderful to be around! ♥
Laetitia was an absolutely gorgeous woman, daughter, wife, mother. She came with Alyssa, at the time, her 11 years old daughter, and neither of them had done a photo shoot before, not to mention doing it together.
Alyssa, one of my youngest clients at the time, she loved to dance! She has such a busy life after school, as Alyssa was following quite a few different styles of dance classes. Awww… if you only could see how her eyes sparkled when she was telling me about her love for dance… I could see passion in it’s purest form purring out of her… I loved that! She just passed her final exams at the end of the primary school, and her parents decided to celebrate it with a surprise mother and daughter photo session.
For her photo session Alyssa brought with her a hip-hop inspired look. Everything about her was dancer like. We did this wonderful ballerina inspired, all in white look. And as a final look I photographed her in a super sweet, beautiful dress covered in pink roses.
Laetitia on the other hand loved nature… She loved working in the garden, and in her free time she was taking care of the plants that surround her. She has such a shining… loving and constantly carrying, compassionate soul! Adding some flowers as the final touch to her beautiful looks was only natural. It complemented her lovely style and her amazing smile perfectly.
I’m so happy that I met all those incredible Mothers and Daughter. Gorgeous beauties with spirited and full of joy souls! They are those kind of people that when you meet them, you can’t help yourself but to feel delighted and grateful that you did!
Sweetheart this is an invitation to CELEBRATE your unique connection with your daughter/s. An invitation for you and your children, to take a journey of self-love and rediscovery together.
