The session retainer payment is non-refundable in the event that you must cancel your portrait session.
We do allow a one tile rescheduling of your shoot, to take place within 30 days of your original date. Please let us knoz as soon as possible (at least 14 days before your session) if you do need to reschedule, so we can make your date available to others.
If the minimum of two weeks notice to reschedule your session has not been provided, a portion of your session fee will be forfeited, and an additional retainer payment of 250 euro will be required to reschedule your shoot.
IF you are running late, please call or text. Keep in mind that your shoot time will be reduced if you arrive late, and depending on he makeup artist’s availability, we may need to reschedule your photo session if you are more than 15 minuets late. (Note that our rescheduling policy will be required to reschedule.)
Marta Hutrado Photography retains the copyrights to all media we create during your consultations and photo session. You will be given printing rights for personal use of personal use of all your purchased images. This means you can print copies of your portraits up to the same size purchased, but you do not have the right to sell or publish them without permission.
At Marta Hutrado Photography all copies purchase from each photo session: digital copies of the purchased final photography files, the final video, … etc, are kept safe in two secure locations for a duration of 3 months, maximum. Please note that 3 months after the photo session, you will be the owner of the only copy available.
Several weeks before your photo session, we’ll connect (over the phone, via Skype, or in the studio). This will be when you and I design the mood of your shoot, discuss the print products you want me to create, and figure out your wardrobe needs.
Duration: 1 hour each session
When you arrive to the studio, a world-class makeup artist will do your hair and makeup. We want you to absolutely love your images, so be sure to let the artist know if you’d like any adjustments to your styling.
Duration: 1 hour up to 1.5 hour
Once you’re dressed and ready, I’ll guide you through a series of poses designed to flatter your shape and showcase your beauty. I will connect with you in a way that captures genuine expressions and the light that shines from within you.
Duration: Photo session last 4 hours, the makeover time is included.
During the in-studio reveal and ordering session, I will present the best 20-25 portraits from your shoot. You will then choose which images you’d like to purchase and place your printing order. Your portraits will be delivered 2-3 weeks after payment has been made in full.
Q: Who photo session at Marta Hurtado Photography are for?
A: I love photographing people of all ages, and I would love to create a photo session experience for you that you hope for. In my photography studio, a photo session experience is all about you. I believe that all people deserve to feel great in their own skin, and have amazing portraits that remind them of that.
Q: Do I have to pay for the 1st Consultation?
A: No, you do not have to pay for the 1st Consultation. It’s the moment that we both can check if we are good match, as I really understand how important it is to hire the right photographer for you. As much as it’s also really important for me to make sure that I work with people who need my help, to truly be able to see themselves… I’m here to help people achieve their goals… To create the most beautiful portraits my clients have ever seen of themselves… And I take my promises really seriously, and to do that… The 1st Consultation is planed, so both sides can make sure that we are the right match for the future project, and if so …. to start planing!
Q: My Fee
A: I charge 350 euro as a Sitting Fee (which includes, a double makeover, 2 face-to-face consultations with me, a service of a makeup artist that will make sure that you feel and look your best, 3 wardrobe changes and in total 4 hours of a photo session with me.)
Each purchased portrait includes digital version in the same size purchased, and print rights for personal use.
Q: How much the printed portraits, and the Luxury Portfolio Boxes cost?
A: My wall portraits (printed portraits mounted in passe-partout )start at 275 euro and go up from there, and my Luxury Portfolio Box’s start at 1200 euro and go up from there. During our first consultation I will explain and share with you my pricing in detail.
Q: How much people spend at my studio?
A: My average client spends around 2000 euros on a photo session with me… Don’t worry, you do not need to plan a budget of 2000 euros. I do not hard sell, my clients buy only the portraits they love.
Q: What’s your purpose? What’s your mission?
A: I’m here to create the best portraits you have ever seen of yourself. That’s my joy in life, showing people how extraordinary and amazing they are, through portraits. And you leave only with the portraits you love. So how much you spend with me is up to you.
Q: Is there a Minimum Purchase required at Marta Hurtado Photography?
A: There is no minimum purchase required. You may purchase as few or as many images as you would like. Every print you purchase will come with the digital file.
Q: Location
A: Your photo session could take place: in my photography studio, at your home or on location. All are possible.
Q: What can I expect after booking the 1st Consultation?
A: 2 face to face consultations with me will be planed. During the 1st Consultation, I will share with you my Welcome Package which includes: Hello Gorgeous Letter, The Product Menu, Beauty Guide and Styling Guide. I will share with you all the practical details regarding a photo session with me. We will also design your dream photo session.
During the 2nd Consultation we will plan your photo session wardrobe in detail.
Both consultation will be planned in advance of your shoot. Both consultations can take place at my photography studio, or skype/facebook live. It takes between 1 hour, 1.5 hours each consultation.
Q: What can you expect during the Photo Session?
A: Professional hair and make up done by a makeup artist at my studio on the day of your shoot. (Be sure to plan a fun afternoon/evening out with your family afterwards! You will look and feel great!) A day of shooting with me, where I will direct you through various poses and expressions to help bring nothing but your best forward.
Q: When can you see the results from your photo session?
A: Two weeks later viewing and purchasing of your images in my studio will be scheduled.
Q: At what time the photo session begin at Marta Hurtado Photography?
A: Photo sessions begin at 2pm till 6pm on Thursday and Friday in my studio located in the Pl. Flagey neighborhood in Brussels.
Q: When it’s the right time to schedule your Photo Session Experience?
